In regard to the queries on mask policy, as it relates to martial activities after July 1st, this is what I have for you.
- Should Province, State, and Local health regulations and guidelines permit it, fully vaccinated participants do not need to wear masks after July 1st, 2021.
- Fully vaccinated is defined as 2 WEEKS AFTER a 2nd shot of Pfizer, AstraZeneca, or Moderna, or one shot of Johnson & Johnson.
- Those who wish to wear a mask, regardless of vaccination status, are encouraged to do so.
- Masks must be worn per CDC guidance for all indoor activities no matter what your vaccination status is.
- Masks are required for all activities for those who are not fully vaccinated (vaccination + 2 weeks).
- Rosters still need to be maintained for contact tracing purposes, and must be sent to the Minister of Waivers within 30 days of being signed. (waivers@northshield.org). These rosters must provide the legal name of the attendee and some method of contact. That can be email, phone number, or street address.
Northshield and the SCA are built on the principles of Chivalry, Courtesy, and Honor. As you would at any other time, be mindful of this in regard to current events.
